Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones and Tablets experienced an unforeseen interruption in service on January 31 at 3:10 am through 11:50 am cst. Service has been restored.
Hamilton CapTel will perform maintenance updates at 1:00 am CST that will affect captioning services on PC/Mac, Smartphones and Tablets. The service will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.
Hamilton CapTel for Smartphones and PC/Mac experienced an unforeseen interruption in service on 10/3/12 from 8:33am cdt to 9:24am cdt. Service has been restored.
Hamilton's Mobile CapTel service experienced an unforeseen service interruption the morning of Thursday, May 31, 2012. The service was restored as of early afternoon on May 31 and the service is now fully operational.
On May 21st between 11:30 and 1:50 pm (central time), Hamilton Web CapTel experienced an unforeseen service interruption. The issue has been resolved and as of 1:50 pm on May 21st, Hamilton Web CapTel service is again in full service.
